Hydration
Water is key to helping your body function optimally, but most people don’t realize that they’re not getting enough every day. Start each day with a large glass of water (16 oz) before anything else. Then try to drink about a glass every 1-2 hours consistently throughout the day.

You don’t have to just drink your water plain! The CleanTox Herbal Detox Tea is caffeine-free and has nine botanicals to help support your liver and kidneys. Enjoy a cup every morning as soon as you wake up. If you're not a fan of hot tea, chill it over ice, add a drop or 2 of liquid stevia or 1/2 of a Fizz Stick for added flavor/energy!

As the day goes on, whenever you need an afternoon pick-me-up, grab an Energy Fizz Stick. With 55 mg of caffeine from green tea leaf extract and guarana, along with antioxidants to help fight free radicals, it will temporarily help promote alertness, endurance and help reduce fatigue. Mix one stick pack with water to add a tasty energy boost.

TIP: You can also make our absolute favorite drink, a "Tizzie", hot CleanTox Tea with 1/2 of your favorite fizz stick...YUMMY! Great replacement for coffee.

Is it Hunger or Thirst?
It’s very common for people to think they are hungry when they are actually just thirsty. That’s because the same part of your brain is responsible for interpreting hunger and thirst. If you start to feel hungry, try drinking a glass of water first and then check in with yourself to see how you are feeling before you start to eat. This will help you to learn to understand your body’s signals more closely. To stay hydrated, a good rule of thumb is to drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day. For example, if you weigh 120 pounds, you should drink at least 60 ounces of water a day.
