Day 1: What to Expect

Today is the day! We are so excited to be with you for your first official week of Arbonne's 30 Days to Healthy Living. Thank you for being on this incredible journey of health, together as a community. Let's get started!

Remember, it's 2 shakes + 1 healthy meal (and snacks) a day!

Here are a few tips as you start WEEK 1:

1. Lots of water. Your goal should be half your bodyweight in ounces of water. For example, if you weigh 150 lbs, then aim for 75 oz of water.
2. Lemon alkalizes your water. So at home or out, add lemon.
3. With the exception of the CleanTox Cleanse (you'll be given more information when it's time for that), you should be using all supplements in your Arbonne kit every day. Remember, each supplement has their own function and benefit.
4. Read all daily posts and watch all videos. Interact with your new community. We love to hear from you.

Sometimes when we start a new eating regime and we want to eat something we can't think of what to eat, so we just don't eat anything. That is why your snack bag is so important. Always keep a green apple in there, some almonds, and Energy Fizz Sticks. You should never be super hungry. Make sure you're having your Energy Fizz Sticks. Some people mix the Fizz with the CleanTox Herbal Detox Tea in the morning so they're getting that "hot drink" along with the caffeine. We are eliminating coffee because it is highly acidic. 

This is NOT a diet. This is a new clean way of living!

Exercise
These first few days may be difficult. Focus on the long term success you desire and remain committed. This too shall pass! Light exercise is recommended during the first days of your program. Heavy exercise may leave you tired. Listen to your body. You will know once your energy level is back up.
