mint, parsley, and basil

DRESSING
olive oil
salt and pepper
lemon juice
Instructions
Cook the quinoa according to package directions. While the quinoa cooks, chop all your veggies.
Toss everything together!
Dress to taste with olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
