- 2 Green onions
- 8 oz Mushrooms
- 1 Onion small
- 1/2 cup Peas frozen
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 Eggs large
- 3 tbsp Braggs aminos or Coconut aminos
- 3 cups Quinoa cooked
- Oils & Vinegars
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
