Ingredients
  

  • 4 5oz Cans Albacore Tuna Wild Planet has sustainably caught Tuna
  • 1 English Cucumber - sliced quartered
  • 1/2 Red Onion - thinly sliced
  • 3-4 Vine Ripe Tomatoes - chopped
  • 1 Cup Chopped Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Green + Kalamata Olives
  • Handful Fresh Parsley - chopped
  • 3 Garlic Cloves - grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 Cup Crumbled Feta Vegan VioLife Block
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider vinegar
  • Salt/Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Drain canned tuna and prep all other ingredients.
  • Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix until fully blended.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
